At Matthew Stephens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury fashion items are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping location, then use your tracking number to monitor its journey back to our studio.
